Domestique Hub
Smart trainer & indoor

Your trainer, and your teammates on the same road.

Domestique Hub drives your smart trainer over FTMS — erg, resistance and the gradient of the road you're on — while you ride a real climb in 3D with the rest of the club riding it beside you.

Bluetooth smart trainers, power meters and heart-rate straps. Trainers without FTMS are driven over ANT+ FE-C where they support it.

What you get on the turbo

Erg, resistance, gradient

Hold a wattage, set a fixed resistance, or let the road decide — the app takes control of the trainer and re-takes it after a dropout, without you noticing.

The climb pushes back

Riding a 3D road, the gradient under your wheel goes to the trainer as you reach it. During a structured workout the target watts take over instead.

Real climbs, not invented ones

More than twenty passes baked from real elevation — the Stelvio, the Dolomite roads and others — ridden out to the top and back down the way you came.

Your club on the road

Everyone riding the same road is on it together, each on their own bike in their own kit, so a solo turbo session becomes a club one.

Structured sessions

Workouts built around your FTP, with power zones on screen and the intervals driving the trainer directly.

The same ride screen

The metric grid, the group column and the camera tile are all there — indoors is not a lesser mode.

How it works

  1. Pair your trainer over Bluetooth — plus a power meter or heart-rate strap if you use them.
  2. Pick a road, or pick a workout.
  3. Ride. Control, resistance and the session all run from the one screen.

Questions riders ask

Which trainers work?
Any smart trainer that speaks FTMS over Bluetooth — the standard nearly all of them use for erg, resistance and gradient. Some machines that predate it, including Tacx smart bikes, are driven over ANT+ FE-C on their own service instead, and report power as a power meter.
Do I need a smart trainer at all?
No. A power meter and a dumb turbo give you the whole ride, the worlds and the group — you just change gear yourself instead of the trainer doing it.
Does the gradient really change on a climb?
Yes, in simulation mode: the road's own grade at your position is streamed to the trainer as you ride into it, smoothed so it isn't fighting you every metre. A structured workout overrides it, because two things cannot set the resistance at once.
Are the roads real?
Every one of them. Each world is baked from the actual elevation of a real pass, and the ride is out and back — the descent is the climb you just did, in reverse, at its real gradient.
Can my club ride with me?
Yes. Anyone on the same road appears on it with you, and the group column shows their power and heart rate exactly as it does outdoors.
What about the treadmill?
Treadmill sessions run on the same screen, with the runner on their feet rather than on a bike. It's the newest part of the app, and pacing is still being tuned.
